We may request a booking deposit to reserve the time of your appointment. The cost of the booking deposit will be deducted from the total bill of the appointment. This deposit may be refunded if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the starting time of your appointment. We can only accept cancellations via email or phone. If you fail to notify us of the cancellation at least 48 hours before the starting time of your appointment, we have the right to keep the booking deposit.
If you fail to notify at least 48 hours full price will be charged.
Please note due to cases of head lice, we will now make a thorough analysis of each individual's hair at all appointments. If head lice whether dead or alive, eggs or the dirt traces they leave are found we will not be able to carry out the hair cut or hair dress. Please note that this stands for trials. This is nothing over and above what a reputable hairdresser/salon practises and to avoid disappointment it is highly recommend that you check everyone's hair ahead of the appointment. If Mobile Salon by Tanya is unable to proceed with the hair you are not eligible for a refund as it is your responsibility.
The free haircut vouchers are expired within 3 months from the purchase.
